Welcome to IN THE WILD. This website (the "Site") is operated by Małgorzata Rokicka and Hanna Krawczyk ("we", "us", or "our"). By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

## 1. General Conditions
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

## 2. Products and Custom Print-on-Demand Model
Our artworks are offered exclusively online through the Site. Because we operate on a custom print-on-demand model via our fulfillment partner, **creativehub**, every artwork is uniquely printed to order. 
* We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
* We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

## 3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

## 4. Shipping and Global Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping through our printing and fulfillment partner, creativehub. 
* **Shipping Times & Rates:** Estimated shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only.
* **Customs, Duties, and Taxes:** If you order products from our Site for delivery outside the European Union (EU) or the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the delivery reaches the specified destination. **The customer is solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.** We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
* **Fulfillment:** Once an order is placed, shipping information is automatically sent to creativehub for production and courier dispatch.

## 5. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy governs all requests for returns, cancellations, and replacements. Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. In case of damaged or defective items, please refer directly to our **Refund Policy**.

## 6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Site, such as artworks, photographs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of IN THE WILD (Małgorzata Rokicka and Hanna Krawczyk) and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.

## 7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

## 8. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
